Remove Engine Oil Cooler
1. Remove fumes disposal tube (1) from the engine. 2. Remove bypass tube (2) and the O-ring seal. 3. Remove dipstick (5) from the bonnet.4. Disconnect turbocharger line (4). Remove bonnet (3). 5. Remove bolts (7) to remove engine oil cooler (6). Remove engine oil cooler (6). 6. Remove O-ring seals (8) from the oil filter base. 7. Remove adapter (10) and O-ring seals (9) from the oil cooler. 8. Clean the tube bundles of the engine cooler with a 3.18 mm (.125 in.) diameter rod.Install Engine Oil Cooler
1. Install new O-ring seals on the oil filter base. Install O-ring seals on the oil cooler adapter. Install the adapter in the oil cooler.2. Install engine oil cooler (1) with bolts (2). 3. Install engine oil cooler bonnet (5). Connect turbocharger line (3) and dipstick assembly (4) to the bonnet. 4. Install bypass tube (6) on the engine oil cooler. 5. Install fumes disposal tube (7).
